Kaisaros | *architecture was established in 2011 by Nikolaos Kaisaros and is comprised of experienced architects, civil engineers, mechanical engineers and topographers. The reason for this common beginning was the need to find collective solutions to any emerging challenges. The specialized knowledge and different abilities of each team member in conjunction with the teamwork spirit, ensures a complete and fulfilled service. The investigative and redefining attitude in terms of function and design contribute in unique design solutions always according to the client’s needs and requirements. Each project is treated collectively in order to ensure an integrated and coherent result where the philosophy of design simplicity and functionality predominates. The team’s experience so far includes participation in architectural competitions, interior and furniture design, event installations, architectural studies as well as site supervision and project management.

Public and private projects realization from drawing study to construction. Detailed drawings composition of architectural, structural, mechanical-electrical-plumping and topographical study, project management and site supervision along with all the necessary building permits issuing.
interior design - renovations
Decoration and complete renovation of residential, professional and commercial properties. Virtual tour of the interior spaces, 2D drawings and 3D visuals study, material/coloring and furnishing selection, lighting study, project management, supervision and construction.
furniture design - installations
Furniture and special structures design and construction for private and public spaces such as residential and professional or commercial fit-outs, temporary movable and folding installations for exhibitions and events, shop fronts and theatrical sceneries.
landscape design - exterior
Landscape design study and construction of buildings and urban sites. Vegetation and topographical drawings study, design for outdoor lighting, seating, pergola and shelters, swimming pool, barbeque and kiosks.
